DeKalb city

Eulean C. Smith, 26, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Sept. 12, with criminal damage to property.

Jesse A. Frampton, 24, transient, was charged Thursday, Sept. 12, with trespass to a residence.

Preston M. Williams, 27, of the 900 block of North First Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with disruptive intoxication.

Jordan M. Armstrong, 19, of the 700 block of Edward Street, Sycamore, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with unlawful possession of alcohol.

Ashley Wyatt, 21, of the 700 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with endangering the life or health of a child.

Kimberly S. Lovett, 20, of the 800 block of West Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with retail theft.

Arthur Bettis, 47, of the 300 block of Ash Court, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with battery and domestic battery.

Randall R. Foster, 37, of the 100 block of Cotton Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with trespass to land.

Sycamore

Kyle P. Culton, 20, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Aug. 31, with failure to report damaging an unattended vehicle, texting while driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

Jamison L. Snyder, 40, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with domestic battery.
