The Illinois 4-H Foundation recognized the exceptional contributions of three outstanding individuals by awarding them the Illinois 4-H Alumni Award. Among the honorees was Brian Moeller, who spent nine years as a member of the Waterman Winners 4-H Club.

Moeller is a senior vice president with US Bank, Food Industries Group. He has served as a board member and officer at the Chicago/Cook County 4-H Foundation to generate private funding for the materials and sponsorship of 4-H urban programming.

Moeller said 4-H helped him to develop skills of leadership, public speaking and serving others, and taught him the meaning of teamwork.
