Crime Mugs, Sept. 2013

Michael P. Seglem was charged by DeKalb Police with five counts of possession of child pornography with the intent to disseminate, a felony typically punishable with between six and 30 years in prison. He remained in DeKalb County Jail on Tuesday, unable to post 10 percent of his $100,000 bond.

The charges against the individuals listed are not a proof of guilt. A defendant is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial in which it is the state’s burden to prove his or her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
