RAMP’s inaugural DeKalb County Changing Attitudes Breaking Barriers Luncheon will be held at 11:45 a.m. Thursday at The Regale Center, 124 S. California St., in Sycamore. The keynote speaker will be Stevie Hopkins of 3E Love.
Hopkins is an entrepreneur who found his life’s work in 3E Love LLC, a social experiment designed to change the perception of disability. Discover how this company turned his sister Annie’s dreams into a reality after her passing. The company’s trademarked International Symbol of Acceptance (wheelchair heart logo) is the drive behind its social mission to provide the tools for others to embrace diversity, educate society and empower each other to love life.
At the luncheon, RAMP will update the community on current efforts and successes. To purchase tickets, call RAMP at 815-968-7467 or visit www.is.gd/dekalbramp.
