Merton reading group to begin meeting

An ecumenical group will meet again this fall to read the works of Trappist monk and activist Thomas Merton. 

The group will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month starting Sept. 10.

All interested in discussing Merton and his writings are invited to join the group at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1915 N. First St. in DeKalb.
