ROUNDUP: G-K's Lucca shoots 77, finishes fourth at invitational

Genoa-Kingston took 10th at the Bobcat / Indian Invitational at Edgebrook in Sandwich on Tuesday as the Cogs were led by Tommy Lucca's 77 and Nick Adamczek's 84. Jake Langford also recorded an 89.

Lucca's 77 placed him in fourth place individually.

Hinckley-Big Rock seniors Daniel Small and Tyler Runge each shot 99 to lead the Royals.

"We have five returning golfers and eight new freshmen golfers on the team this year," H-BR coach Kyle Donka said. "The scores were rough today, but that leaves a lot of room for improvement as the year goes on."

Senior Hunter Seierstad shot 103 while junior Luke Bish recorded a 119.

Indian Creek finished 11th and was led by Peyton Gatz's 93. Drew Headley and Emerson Witte each shot 94 while David Boehne finished with a 96.
