‘50 Men Who Cook’ event to benefit CASA

DeKALB – Patrons can sample appetizers, dishes and desserts made by prominent local men Saturday at a fundraiser for CASA DeKalb County.

50 Men Who Cook will start at 6 p.m. at Northern Illinois University’s Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center, 231 N. Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb.

The event will raise money for court appointed special advocates, a nonprofit organization which trains local residents to advocate in court for children who have been abused or neglected by their parent or guardian.
