St. Paul’s sets barbecue pork roast dinner

St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Hinckley will host its annual barbecue pork roast and corn boil supper on Aug. 14. Dinner will be served from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The pork roast is cooked with a sauce made by Dobsons and the locally grown corn will be picked the morning of the supper.

The menu also will include German potato salad, American potato salad, applesauce, homemade rolls, and homemade desserts.

Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for children, ages 6 to 12. All tickets are available at the door. Children ages 5 and younger eat for free.

Those who plan to eat at the church should use the front door on McKinley Avenue. Carryouts are available at the View Street entrance.
