DeKalb County

Motavis D. Owens, 20, of the 200 block of North Lockwood Avenue, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, July 17, with driving while license suspended and obstructing identification.

Sandwich

Robert Hewitt, 35, of the 100 block of East Hall Street, Sandwich, was arrested Tuesday, July 16, on a warrant for contempt of court and charged with battery.
