Greek Fest to be held at new location

This year, Greek Fest, hosted by St. George Greek Orthodox Church, DeKalb, will be held at a new location – St. Mary Catholic Church, at the intersection of Fourth and Pine streets in DeKalb.

The festival will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 29 and 30, and will feature fresh-baked Greek pastries, authentic Greek food, Greek baked chicken, souvlaki, gyros, lamb, Greek and American music with authentic Greek dancing and a Greek grocery store for food items for sale.

Admission is free and there will be ample free parking. There will be cooled indoor and outdoor dining or take-out. Come and enjoy some affordable fun for the entire family.
