Thanks for supporting St. Paul’s Lobster Boil

To the Editor:

Many of you enjoyed delicious lobster dinners on Saturday, May 19, purchased from the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church’s 44th annual Lobster Boil. For this event, we transported 1,250 lobsters from Boston and cooked them perfectly for your culinary delight.

Thank you for your amazing and continual support. Half the profits raised from this event will be donated to community organizations including Hope Haven, Safe Passage, DeKalb County Hospice, Habitat for Humanity, DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center Auxiliary, Voluntary Action Center, Community Coordinated Child Care, Family Service Agency and the Children’s Waiting Room at the DeKalb County Courthouse. Your purchase helps us help these organizations to provide critical services to our community.

Thank you also to Schnuck’s who provided critical paper bags, Ronan-Moore-Finch Funeral Home for the tent and all the other organizations who provided space for us to post our fliers. Without your support we would not be nearly as successful each year. Mark your calendars for May 17, 2014!
