Consumer protection clinic Wednesday

ROCHELLE – Officials from the Citizens Utility Board and the state Comptroller’s Office will present a free clinic from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday in Rochelle.

The phone bill clinic and investment and savings seminar will be at City Hall, 420 N. Sixth St., according to a news release. The Citizens Utility Board is a nonprofit organization the Illinois General Assembly created in 1983 to represent the interests of residential utility customers.

The event is hosted by state Sen. Tim Bivins, R-Dixon. For information, call his office at 815-284-0045.
