Looking for something to do this weekend? We've got a few ideas.

The Kishwaukee Valley Art League is proud to present the annual Northern Illinois Art Show to the public on Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2. Held each spring in Sycamore on the DeKalb County Courthouse lawn and in its 42nd year, the Northern Illinois Art Show features the work of artists in fine arts and fine crafts from across the Midwest.
This show is an outstanding opportunity for fine artists to reach a wide audience and a great place for shoppers to find unique gifts. Easily accessible, the Northern Illinois Art Show attracts artists, residents, and tourists from across Northern Illinois and beyond.
Local farmers and artisans gather together in the heart of downtown Sycamore to give consumers the opportunity to buy fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, and locally made products. At noon there is live music from local artists. Some vendors accept WIC and Senior coupons.
The market runs June 2nd through September 29th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Located at the Sycamore Center Parking Lot, at 300 W. Elm Street in Sycamore. For more information, please call 815-895-3456 or visit http://discoversycamore.com/
