Report: Senior Spelling Bee now canceled

DeKALB – The spelling bee scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at the DeKalb Senior Activity Center has been canceled, according to a news release.

The event was part of the Illinois State Senior Spelling Bee statewide program that provides Illinois adults age 50 and older the opportunity to showcase their spelling abilities. For questions, call Charlotte at 815-758-4718 or email dking@fsadekalbcounty.org.
