DeKalb city

Tyler U. Hernandez, 43, of the 1300 block of Sycamore Road, was charged Sunday, May 12, with domestic battery and possession of marijuana. 

Rachel K. Bray, 22, of the 2900 block of Oak Meadow Drive, Kingston, was arrested Monday, May 13, on a failure-to-appear warrant for DUI. 

Ilyas M. Saleh, 23, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive, was charged and arrested Monday, May 13, with driving under the influence. 

Richard M. Marburg, 27,
of the 5300 block of Pauling Road, Monee, was charged Sunday, May 12, with domestic battery. 

Heather M. Batchelor, 36, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway, was arrested Sunday, May 12, on a failure-to-appear warrant for driving with a suspended license. 

DeKalb County

Richard A. Stiles, 19, of the 0-99 block of West Fayette Street, Sandwich, was charged Monday, May 13, with felony theft. 

Charles P. Streff, 28, of the 100 block of North Cedar Street, Sandwich, was charged Saturday, May 11, with driving under the influence, illegal squealing of tires and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Jonathan C. Bren, 20, of St. Charles, was charged Saturday, May 11, with disorderly conduct and underage drinking.
