DeKALB – New management at Starbusters Bar & Grill in DeKalb are preparing to transform the bar into Rosy's Roadhouse by the end of this year.

Construction will occur at the bar during the summer, but the bar will keep the Starbusters name until the school year ends, according to a news release dated Sunday.

Rosy's Roadhouse will be owned by Brendan Fitzharris, who also owns Fitz's Pub in Elmhurst, Fitz's Spare Keys in Elmhurst and Fitz's Irish Bulldog in Villa Park. According to the news release, Fitzharris is teaming up with two other people: Joe Chavez, bar manager at Fitz's Spare Keys, and bartender Rosy Amodio.
