Thanks for your questions

Thanks to everyone for sending in your questions to me last week.  There were lots of great topic suggestions.  I appreciate your interest and will be answering questions through my blog over the next few weeks.

Some of the topics I will be touching on will include omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, hydrogenated oils, food additives, GMO foods, and how ripeness and cooking can affect the nutritional value of the foods we eat.
