Jeff Jacobson of Jacobson and Associates Real Estate Appraisals and Consulting Ltd. has earned the Appraisal Institute’s MAI membership designation.

This is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of complex real estate, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.

By earning the MAI designation, Jacobson has joined an elite group of appraisers who have met rigorous professional requirements relating to education, testing, experience, and demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability. The MAI designation is earned upon the successful completion of a graduate-level curriculum, which includes a comprehensive exam, a written demonstration appraisal report and 4,500 hours worth of qualifying experience.
