Article:	Resource Bank offers scholarships This is the 13th year that Resource Bank will award up to $10,000 in scholarships to DeKalb County graduating seniors. These 10 $1,000 scholarships are awarded to graduates who exhibit a strong sense of community pride and have been highly involved in volunteer work and community service activities.
