Article:	Workshops to address flooding concerns Residents, landowners and businesses from Sycamore, Virgil, Cortland, Maple Park, Lily Lake and Burlington are invited to a workshop from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the DeKalb County Community Foundation, 475 DeKalb Ave. in Sycamore, to gather information about water quality and flooding issues and problems within municipalities of the Union/Virgil Ditches and the East Branch, South Branch Kishwaukee River watershed that will help shape a watershed plan for land use planning and projects.
