Nate Robinson is making it easier for Bulls fans to wait for Derrick Rose's return.
On Monday, Robinson was named as the NBA's Eastern Conference player of the week. The 5-foot-9, 180-pound point guard averaged 17.8 points and 6.8 assists as the Bulls won three out of four games to improve to 29-18 this season.
Robinson beat out some tough (and tall) competition including LeBron James of the Miami Heat, Brook Lopez of the Brooklyn Nets and Tyson Chandler of the New York Knicks.
Meanwhile, Golden State Warriors power forward David Lee was named as the Western Conference player of the week.
The Bulls will return to action Monday night when they visit the Indiana Pacers (28-19).
