GIRLS BOWLING

Kaneland downs Lisle: Kaneland defeated Lisle, 2,604-2,425, on senior night at Mardi Gras Lanes.

Ellissa Eckert rolled the Knights’ top game (178) and series (509). Morgan Wojciechowski’s 444 series was next.

“It was nice to win with so many parents and family members and friends there,” Kaneland coach Jim Mc-Knight said.

“Lisle has been a longtime rivalry for us that probably goes back 25 years or more, and we were glad that they were able to get here in spite of the weather,” McKnight added. “We didn’t put together a lot of great scores, but it was enough to win.”
