Wendy K. Redd, 37, of the 200 block of East First Street in Spring Valley, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 23, on a failure-to-appear warrant for harassment by telephone.

Tanya K. Boorsma, 33, transient, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 23, on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft.

Lou A. Gillespie, 22, of the 800 block of Crane Drive in DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 23, with criminal trespass to property.
