Pianist to perform at Hinckley church

Pianist Jim Hendricks, professor of music at Chicago State University, will perform at Hinckley First United Methodist Church, 801 N. Sycamore Road, during the 9:30 a.m. worship service on Jan. 27.

Hendricks is best known for his recordings of classic tunes which he has arranged in the styles of Rachmaninoff, Liszt, Art Tatum and Oscar Peterson.
