Test drives raise funds for Sycamore school

Brian Bemis World Auto helped to raise $1,680 for St. Mary’s Catholic School in Sycamore with Chrysler’s Drive for the Kids program. The fundraising event was held Oct. 14 in conjunction with the school’s Fall Festival.

“The Chrysler brand and our local dealerships are committed to giving back to the communities where we do business,” said Jeff Kommor, Midwest representative, said in a news release. “We are extremely proud to support both schools and organizations, as they encourage student development and growth.”

Participants earned a $10 contribution to the school from Chrysler by taking a brief test drive in a Town & Country minivan. Brian Bemis World Auto supplied the vehicles, and volunteers from the dealership were on hand to assist in the fundraising drives.
