• An article on page A3 of Monday’s Daily Chronicle contained incorrect information about scoring in a chess tournament at First Congregational Church in DeKalb. During the tournament, players were grouped in divisions based their player ratings. Competitors’ scores were relevant only to the specific tournament.

• Another article on page A3 of Monday’s Daily Chronicle misspelled Don Irving’s name. Irving is running for a two-year term as a DeKalb Park District trustee.

The Daily Chronicle regrets the errors.
