DeKalb city

Donnita C. Anderson, 45, of the 1300 block of Sycamore Road in DeKalb, was arrested Monday, Dec. 24, on a failure-to-appear warrant for domestic battery.

DeKalb County

Sean T. Akins, 22, of the 100 block of Jackson Boulevard in Sycamore, was charged Monday, Dec. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, and improper lane usage.

Sean Grimoldby, 40, of the 300 block of West Locust Street in DeKalb, was arrested Monday, Dec. 24, on a warrant for violation of parole.

David J. Tellner, 18, of Montgomery, Ill., was charged Saturday, Dec. 22, with possession of marijuana.
