Sycamore wrestling defeated Addison Trail, 41-24, in a dual match on Friday.

Kyle Akins (120 pounds), Andrew Larsen (138) and Jake Davis (195) won by fall while Dylan Foster (145) and Austin Culton (152) won by technical fall.

Bruce Hansen (106), Austin Armstrong (160), Tyler Barton (182) and Martin Malone (220) also got wins for Sycamore.

Kaneland girls basketball defeats Morris, 38-29

The Kaneland girls basketball team defeated Morris, 38-29, Friday night.

Ashley Prost led Kaneland with 10 points and four rebounds while Sarah Grams added eight points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals. Amber Winquist-Bailey had seven points and four rebounds for the Knights.
