DeKalb city

Fredrick Martin, 17, of the 700 block of North Court
Street in Rockford, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 19, with two counts of aggravated battery.

Auriele M. Matthews, 20, of the 1100 block of Regent Drive in DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 19, with retail theft.

DeKalb county

Jose L. Rocha, 23, of the 200 block of West Dearborn Street in Plano, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 19, with possession of marijuana.

Sycamore

Peadar J. O’Neill, 45, of the 300 block of Grant Drive in Sycamore, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 18, on a failure-to-appear warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol.
