Number 
arrested reaches 16 in hazing case

Two more men charged with hazing in connection with the November death of Northern Illinois University freshman David Bogenberger surrendered to police Wednesday, bringing to 16 the number of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity members who have been arrested.

On Wednesday, James P. Harvey, 21, turned himself in to the Northbrook Police Department, and Thomas F. Costello, 20, surrendered to the DeKalb Police Department.

Police also said Wednesday that Andres Jimenez, 19, had turned himself in Tuesday to the Addison Police Department.
