Darrell Nelson, 24, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive in DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 5, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, failure to signal, and improper lane usage.
