DeKalb city

Tatanne M. Butler, 21, of the 1200 block of Blackhawk Road in DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 4, with retail theft.

Shayla E. Palmer, 24, of the 800 block of West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 4, on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

Darryl P. Mitchell Jr., 21, of the 1100 block of West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 5, on a warrant for domestic battery.

DeKalb County

Daniel Cornell, 45, of the 400 block of West Prairie Street in Kirkland, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 4, with aggravated battery and domestic battery.

Sandwich

Dylan Blackstone, 19, of the 300 block of Wentworth Street in Sandwich, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 4, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sycamore

Stephanie L. Jarvis, 29, and John W. Silas, 50, both of Sycamore, were charged Friday, Nov. 30, with theft by deception for allegedly using a child’s photograph from the Internet and a fake story about the child having acute zympholdastic leukemia to solicit money.

University

Olisab Guevara, 21, of West Chicago, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 4, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chasity M. Moss, 21, of Aurora, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 4, on a warrant for retail theft.

Brelyn J. Brannon, 20, of Aurora, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 4, on a warrant for retail theft.
