DeKalb man accused of creating child porn

SYCAMORE – A DeKalb man is being held on $500,000 bond after being accused of engaging in and photographing sexual acts with a teenage boy.

Michael A. DiMichele, 58, of the 300 block of N. Fourth St. in DeKalb, is facing seven felony charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, criminal sexual assault and five counts of child pornography.

According to court files, DiMichele had sex with a male between 13 and 17 years old Nov. 16. The documents also allege he engaged in oral sex and fondled the minor. Child pornography charges stem from accusations that DiMichele took pictures of himself engaging in sex with the victim.
