DeKalb city

Barbara J. Stephen, 61, of the 2300 block of Eves Circle West in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Dec. 3, with theft of mislaid property.

Dymetrius Town, 23, of the 900 block of Kimberly Drive in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Dec. 3, with two counts of domestic battery.

David Hernandez, 37, of the 800 block of Pappas Drive in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Dec. 3, with domestic battery.

Austin B. Johnsen, 18, of the 800 block of Woodlawn Drive in DeKalb, was arrested Monday, Dec. 3, on a failure-to-appear warrant for mob action and criminal damage to property.

DeKalb County

Michael A. Kiser, 42, of the 400 block of Elizabeth Street in Maple Park, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 4, on a warrant for trespass and was charged with possession of burglary tools.

Northern Illinois University

Nicholas B. Nobiling, 18, of Monmouth, was charged Sunday, Dec. 2, with aggravated battery.

Adrian B. Harwick, 18, of Chicago, was charged Monday, Dec. 3, with battery.

Alexis M. Taylor, 18, of Elburn, was charged Monday, Dec. 3, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
