The Northern Illinois University Annuitants Association’s next trip in its Lyric Opera of Chicago series will be to see the production of “La Boheme” on Jan. 24.

The group will leave DeKalb at 11 a.m. by deluxe motorcoach. A post-opera dinner at Lloyd’s Chicago, 1 South Wacker, across from the Lyric, is included. Curtain time is 2 p.m. A lecture will be given at 1 p.m. at the Lyric.

Cost includes round-trip transportation, dinner, admission to the Lyric Opera (seats are on the main floor), pre-opera comments by NIU Professor Emeritus Clark D. Neher, all taxes and gratuities. The fee for the trip is $197 per person.
