DeKALB – A fire Monday outside of Lukulos caused roughly $25,000 in damage but no injuries or structural loss.

At 5:56 p.m. Monday, the DeKalb Fire Department responded to a fire in a storage container behind the restaurant at 890 Pappas Drive and took about 35 minutes to fully extinguish it. The fire was contained to the one storage unit, which held equipment and cleaning supplies.

The fire department was assisted by the DeKalb County Health Department. No cause had been determined by Tuesday, but an investigation is ongoing.
