To the Editor:

As the result of the recent close election, the DeKalb County State’s Attorney’s Office is transitioning to a new person. On behalf of all of us who have followed the office with interest, I want to publicly thank Clay Campbell and his bright young staff for the arduous, conscientious and successful work they have done on behalf of the citizens of our county.

As State’s Attorney Campbell personally said at his election evening reception, where he graciously thanked his dedicated staff and supporters for their hard work, he considered it a privilege to serve the citizens of DeKalb County.
