Cortland resident Kara Piazza’s 5-year-old sons have boundless energy, which can make keeping them busy a Herculean challenge.

Piazza called the twins’ weekly swim lessons a godsend. Jayden and Hunter Piazza have swim lessons every Friday at the Kishwaukee Family YMCA, 2500 Bethany Road in Sycamore.

“It seems to be the one thing that puts a dent in their rowdiness,” Piazza said. “The instructors there are so great, and I also have the peace of mind that they now know how to be safe around water, so it’s a win-win.”
