DeKalb city

Paulino Rios, 51, of the 100 block of West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Nov. 19, with disorderly conduct.

Danny L. Setser, 51, of the 500 block of Culver Street in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Nov. 19, with disorderly conduct.

Bria C. Moore, 19, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Nov. 19, with retail theft.

Demetric D. Starling, 26, of the 15000 block of South Lexington Street in Chicago, was arrested Monday, Nov. 19, on a failure-to-appear warrant for trespassing. He was also charged with trespassing.
