DeKalb city

Taylor N. Jobe, 19, of the 12000 block of South Peoria Street in Calumet Park, was charged Sunday, Nov. 18, with unlawful restraint and domestic battery.

Jonath C. Lasenby, 23, of the 15000 block of South Grant Street in Dolton, was charged Saturday, Nov. 17, with obstructing identification and possession of marijuana.

Sycamore

Michael J. Fischer, 30, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Nov. 17, with reckless driving and aggravated fleeing to elude a peace officer.

University

Deandre A. Williams, 18, of Chicago, was charged Friday, Nov. 16, with residential burglary.

Javon W. Roy, 20, of Waukegan, was arrested Sunday, Nov. 18, on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

Rony P. Youkhana, 22, of Morton Grove, was arrested Sunday, Nov. 18, on a failure-to-appear warrant for larceny.
