Barbs begin search for new head coach
DeKalb High School has begun the search for its next football coach.
The job opening for the school’s football head coaching position for the 2013-14 school year was posted on the DeKalb County Regional Office of Education website Friday. Assistant football coaching positions also were listed.
According to DeKalb athletic director Bryon Houy, the plan to post the job was set last summer when Todd Hallaron was hired as the “interim head coach.”
