DeKalb city

Timothy C. Holcomb, 50, of the 400 block of First Street in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Nov. 12, with two counts of domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence.

Dominique L. Coleman, 25, of the 800 block of Russell Road in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Nov. 12, with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver with 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicolas J. Poplawski, 20, of the 400 block of Meadow Lane in Hinckley, was charged Monday, Nov. 12, with obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Michael J. Phillipp, 20, of the 4800 block of Wolf Roadin Western Springs, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 13, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol.
