Letter: Community, children are better off with Kiwanis Park
To the Editor:
Currently, our DeKalb School District 428 board and a developer are considering trading the soccer fields by Fairview Drive for land closer to DeKalb High School.
Do we really need to develop this land at the expense of depriving children the right to play and compete?
