South Prairie students visit Grand Victorian
South Prairie Elementary School fourth-graders in Jane Dargatz’s class shared their Halloween happiness and energy by visiting Grand Victorian Assisted Living in Sycamore.
Donning costumes, they walked to meet the residents. They sang pumpkin carols, talked with residents, toured the facility, and established a year-long relationship.
Prior to the visit, the students had written friendly letters to get acquainted, and they shared some fall and Halloween crafts they had made for them.
