DeKalb city

Ryan C. Castner, 18, of the 2000 block of University Drive in Naperville, was charged Friday, Nov. 9, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

John P. McCarthy, 19, of the 1100 block of 35th Street in Downers Grove, was charged Friday, Nov. 9, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Michael C. Anderson, 23, of the 1600 block of Stone Ridge in Algonquin, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and not wearing a set belt.

Marcus D. Scates, 19, of the 800 block of Edgebrook Drive in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with retail theft.

Chadwick J. Whitney, 40, of the 100 block of North 2nd Street in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Nov. 10, on a failure-to-appear warrant for battery.

Erica Garcia, 26, of the 300 block of Gurler Street in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Nov. 10, on a failure-to-appear warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol.

DeKalb County

Christopher Bock, 29, of the 4500 block of Harrison Street, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and resisting a peace officer.

Robert N. McMillion, 48, of the 800 block of Crane Drive in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sandwich

Jeremy K. Dixon, 40, of the 1200 block of Erica Lane in Sandwich, was arrested Friday, Nov. 9, on failure-to-appear warrants for aggravated battery and obstructing a court order.
