Pennington

Jordan Pennington and Serenity Stensrud of DeKalb announce the birth of a daughter, Isabella Jezelle Pennington, born Aug. 16, 2012, at Kishwaukee Community Hospital, DeKalb. She weighed 4 pounds, 5 ounces.

Grandparents are Stacy Stensrud of Cortland, Teagen Stensrud of DeKalb, Melanie Pennington of DeKalb and Fernando Ortiz of DeKalb.

Great-grandparents are Karen Pennington of Sycamore, Walter Pennington of Sycamore and Janet Bororski of Sycamore.


Spartz

Kevin Spartz of Sycamore and Teri (Gensler) Spartz of Rochelle announce the birth of a daughter, Sadie Margaret Spartz, born Aug. 15, 2012, at Kishwaukee Community Hospital, DeKalb. She weighed 8 pounds, 1.5 ounces.

The proud maternal grandparents are Dick and Mary Gensler of Rochelle. Sadie is their ninth grandchild. Paternal grandparents are George and Joann (deceased) Spartz of Sycamore. This is the third grandchild for the Spartz family.

The Spartz family currently resides in Sycamore.


Fleming

Ryan and Andrea Fleming of LeRoy, Ill., announce the birth of a son, William Ryan (Will), on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at Provena Covenant Hospital, Urbana. He weighed 4 pounds, 14 ounces and was welcomed by Andrew, 5, and Morgan, 4.

Grandparents are Dennis and Marlene Fleming of Lee, Gail Braundmeier of Highland, and Art Braundmeier Jr. of Boulder, Colo. Great-grandmother is Lonita Braundmeier of Highland.


Engel

Mark and Rachael Engel of Genoa announce the birth of a son, Nathan Douglas Engel, born Oct. 22, 2012, at Kishwaukee Community Hospital, DeKalb. He weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces.

Grandparents are Doug and Karen Stuehler of Hampshire, and Charles and Susan Engel of Burlington. Great-grandparents are Robert and Jeanette Shatters of Davis Junction, Robert and Frances Stuehler of Hampshire, Art and Lorraine Fields of Waterman and Velda Engel of Hampshire.
