DeKalb city

Marcus J. Kenley, 19, of the 14000 block of Leavitt Avenue in Dixmoor, was charged Thursday, Nov. 1, with retail theft.

Deavon D. Emerson, 18, of the 500 block of Breenbay Avenue in Calumet City, was charged Thursday, Nov. 1, with retail theft.

Eddie B. Fisher, 19, of the 2500 block of Oakwood Drive in Olympia Fields, was charged Friday, Nov. 2, with possession of alcohol.

Ronald J. Young, 26, of the 9100 block of South Blackstone Avenue in Chicago, was charged Saturday, Nov. 3, with criminal trespass to property.

Skyler Petracosta, 20, of the 200 block of West Main Street in Genoa, was charged Friday, Nov. 2, with retail theft.

Scott M. Weronko, 29, of the 400 block of West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Nov. 3, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

DeKalb County

Jerry L. Callahan, 50, of the 400 block of South Sycamore Street in Genoa, was charged Friday, Nov. 2, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Mark R. Wagner, 43, of the 300 block of Railroad Street in Kingston, was charged Saturday, Nov. 3, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brian S. Lutz, 36, of the 2700 block of Scout Road in Kirkland, was charged Sunday, Nov. 4, with two counts of domestic battery.
