Karina G. Miranda, 22, of the 300 block of North First Street in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Nov. 1, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, no insurance, one headlight and disobeying a stop sign.
