Brian Weglarz and Jennifer Westlake of Sycamore announce the birth of a daughter, Harper Evelyn Weglarz, born Oct. 15, 2012, at Kishwaukee Community Hospital, DeKalb. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces.

Grandparents are Richard Westlake of Sycamore, Joyce Westlake-Davis of Sycamore, Ted Weglarz of Chicago and Christine Barkley of Crystal Lake.

Great-grandparents are Ben and Dean Byrd of Sycamore and Jane Westlake of Sycamore.
