Letter: Brady is a true servant and leader in the community

To the Editor:

I am writing this letter in support of Bill Brady for 23rd Circuit Court judge. I have known Brady most of my life. I have witnessed the hard work he put in rising from a local attorney to his position on the bench in DeKalb County. Brady is a tireless worker.

He is a person who quietly goes about helping our community outside of the courtroom. Brady is not one to draw attention to himself through his generous donation of his time to the many causes he values. Bill is a quiet servant to many organizations in our county. Brady is cut of the cloth of a true servant and leader.

He is one of the most ethical and intelligent people I have ever met. He truly believes in what America stands for in terms of our unique and fair judicial process. He is an excellent listener, compassionate, and ultimately more important, fair. He demonstrates these traits not only in the courtroom, but also in how he leads his life.

Through his career, Brady has impacted many citizens and communities throughout this county, serving in a multitude of capacities as a prosecutor, defense attorney, city attorney, etc. and ultimately as an associate judge. The next logical progression for a leader who so well understands the judicial process, evident by his experience; who has given so much to our communities and the residents of DeKalb County, is to join me in supporting Bill Brady on Tuesday for circuit court judge.
